We expanded to a second branch in Pukekohe in 2007 and extended our services in 2011 to include an Auckland wide Mobile Conveyancing service. Recently we opened a third branch in Botany South servicing the Manukau, Botany, Pakuranga and Howick regions.

We do things a bit differently …
We started out by researching the market and found out that New Zealanders in general are reluctant to see a lawyer. This is mainly because they are afraid of what they will be charged but also because they find lawyers to be intimidating and often condescending. We set out to change this with our street front “shops” offering transparent fixed pricing for Conveyancing.
Unlike many old school law firms we dont live in the dark ages – on the contrary we have invested in state of the art systems and technology that allow us to monitor the progress of each transaction, make sure no dates are missed and most importantly keep clients up to date with the progress of their matter.
Thada is an experienced Senior Solicitor with an extensive track record in property and commercial law. She is qualified to practice in South Africa, California and New Zealand where she has been practicing for the last 16 years. Thada is available to assist clients with property and business sales or purchases, trusts, wills, relationship property matters as well as general commercial legal matters including her particular favourite – franchising.
Sirpa is the firms General Manager, she has a Master of Management degree and 10 years experience in the legal industry. She has recently launched a Mobile Conveyancing Service offering clients the flexibility of meeting in their own homes or workplace at their convenience. Both Thada and Sirpa are regularly invited to present seminars on topics related to Property Law, Trusts and Commercial Law.
